Naturalness
Our main product - Horseradish "Vinnitskyi" with red beets - one of the few on todays market of seasonings, which contains in its composition only natural ingredients, and does not contain chemical components: stabilizers, preservatives, colorants. It helps to keep the healing properties of horseradish root in the product.
Base of raw materials
Raw material that is used in the manufacture of table horseradish with beets is ecologically clean. Horseradish root is harvested on the territory of Vinnytsia, Khmelnytsky, Zhytomyr regions and has a unique flavor characteristics (strong and pungent), and also grown on our own fields. We select special varieties of red beet, which give our product a distinctive flavor and rich color.
Manufacturing technology
Product is manufactured according to old folk recipes and perfected by years technology (Vinnytsia horseradish history begins since 1956). It provides the perfect combination of components: horseradish root and beet.
The production technology does not include adding the vegetable oil into the product.
Product safety
At company we have implemented and operating system of quality management under ISO 9001 standard and system of food goods safety management under ISO 22000 standard. Manufactured goods quality is under control of our own laboratory.
In 2014 our company has succesfully passed international audit and has received certificate under FSSC:22000 scheme (certification scheme for food safety systems in manufacturing of horseradish and mustard). Audit was carried out by Buerau Veritas Certification Ukraine experts.
